I am somewhat of a cyclical writer, so I know the time will come when I am glad this space is still here.

Following someone seems to be a little less straightforward than it once was. There should be a link on this page that provides several types of RSS feed. If you have a Blogger profile you can add this page to your reading list, though I often forget it is there. I may connect the blog to my Google+ page soon. I'm looking into exactly what sort of information they collect from that first.

Thanks for stopping by! And I didn't know what to do about it. I was used to looking at a page every day or so and seeing new and recent posts by blogs I was interested in and then suddenly it wasn't there.
So I lost track of your blog - together with some others - for a while.

I'm a little episodic and lackadaisical in my blog following, not to say blog writing - (I used to write a blog called Harry and Sally that you commented on; which was how I found your blog originally)

Anyway

You reappeared to my (increasingly absentminded and sadly tech-befuddled) consciousness recently, when I was telling someone I'd been reading about Linda Ronstadt's Parkinson's diagnosis; which meant she could no longer sing

(!)

And I suddenly remembered your wonderful post about working on her tour; she wore a cub scout uniform (picture!) and was having a good time on the tour with the other musicians until the boss showed up and told them to hit their marks and stop horsing around; it wasn't about them, or words to that effect --

I was completely blown away by the thought that she - of the immeasurably big; magically sweet, funny, sad and endlessly imaginative voice - would be unable to sing at all?

On the good side, it sent me to find your blog again.

Which I did and spent some lovely time reacquainting myself with you, reading through things I've missed.

I still can't figure out how to subscribe?

Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13153586786974402580noreply@blogger.com
